+ Good programming skill with Java/.Net/C++

20 Mobile Software Engineers (Experienced)
+ At least 3 years experience.
+ Competent in C/C++ or Java programming
+ Experience in mobile platforms (Android, iOS, J2ME, Symbian, WinCE)
+ Have strong knowledge on OOP and OOAD
+ Fluent English communication is an advantage (TOEIC > 550)
40 SQA Engineers
+ Good skill of Networking, Software development, Testing, Electrical Engineering or others but technical field
+ Knowledge of software testing, especially in testing techniques and testing methodologies.
+ Experience in Testing tools for Unit tests and Automation tests is a plus
+ Skill in programming in some of the following: C/C++, Java, XML, Java Script, .NET.
+ Knowledge of Web-base Solutions, Real-time Systems, Windows OS, and Linux.
+ Good Communication skills in English and Japanese are a plus.
50 Experienced Software Engineers (Java, .net)
+ At least 3 years experience in programming with JAVA/.NET/C++ technologies.
+ Good at Object Oriented Programming (OOP), Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) skills, design pattern, common framework, UML
+ Experience in enterprise application / client-server.
+ Business Application development experiences is a plus.
+ User interface development experience (Java Swing, .NET WPF, WinForm, etc)
DBMS: MS SQL, Oracle, DB2
+ Good knowledge of software development life cycle models and process (RUP, CMM, SCRUM, TSP).
+ Good English communication
