Job Description

1. Relevant experience and qualifications for the position

Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí liên quan

2. Sound knowledge of western and local cuisine

Có kinh nghiệm với món Tây và Việt

3. Able to communicate in English

Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh

4. Aware of kitchen hygiene and health and safety practices

Nhận thức về vệ sinh nhà bếp và thực hành vệ sinh và an toàn thực phẩm

5. Participates in training, development and menu planning

Tham gia huấn luyện, phát triển và lên menu

6. Stock control and rotation of incoming goods, freshness and quality

Quản lý và kiểm tra tất cả chất lượng thực phẩm

7. Confident professional manner and able to work unsupervised

Làm việc một cách chuyên nghiệp và có thể làm việc độc lập khi không có bếp trưởng

8. Quick learner, motivated and problem solving skills

6. Others task assigned by Culinary Manager/ Chef

Requirements

• 1 years of experience
